Roy Tam
Roy is an award winning product and furniture
designer specialising in Low Impact Design. For 12
years, he was partner to eco pioneer David Colwell
at Trannon and his philosphy is to minimise energy
and emissions - his furniture is made using very
local surplus trees without kiln drying and finished
in local organic wax. As a senior lecturer at the
University of Plymouth, he is passionate about
teaching by exhibiting, so his students learns how
